Waitrose Winter Food & Drink Festival
Working for creative agency We Are Collider, Entourage have been the production partner for the Waitrose Winter Food & Drink Festival in both 2022 and 2023.
Held at the historic Tobacco Dock venue in London, the event brings together over 150 brands across 3 days to engage with an audience of over 6,500 people to try and sample products ahead of the Christmas period.
Entourage work closely with We Are Collider and the venue to organise the event logistics, installation and dismantle. Our team work with key suppliers to provide the necessary infrastructure for the brands to serve and display their products whilst also facilitating demonstrations and educational sessions for guests.
This is a job we really love doing, it absolutely meets our criteria of doing interesting work with nice people, and the amazing food & drink on offer is a nice bonus! We offer We Are Collider an easy way to extend their production resource with a ready made ‘team’ to drop in to assist their internal team and deliver an event at scale in a short time frame.
